Hi. I'm Jacqui. I love words, dancing, and the beach. I take a lot of deep breaths. I care about peace, social justice, compassionate healthcare, your kids, my kids, and other human beings.
I graduated from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst and the MFA program at Antioch University, Los Angeles. I currently serve as Managing Editor for The Citron Review, and am the author of a chapbook of poems, Turning Cozy Dark (Finishing Line Press, 2013).
As a freelance writer in the Boston area, I work with organizations to develop strategic messaging and communicate their stories through print materials, website content, social media, and brand management.
I am also a trained birth doula, and have an extreme love for families of every kind. I am committed to providing full spectrum doula support for womyn through each of their reproductive stories.
